Enrolment Information
We accept enrolments at any time throughout the year. We do recommend coming on a tour of the school, to get a feel of the school and ask any questions. More information can be found here School Tours.
To enrol your child, we need:
- Completed Enrolment form
- Your child’s Birth Certificate
- Immunisation Status Certificate
- Passport and Visa (if your child is born overseas)
- Custody Documentation – if applicable

2024 Prep Enrolment
The Department of Education has released a new Statewide Timeline to manage Prep enrolments for the 2024 school year.
If you reside within the Berwick Chase PS school zone, you may contact the school office by phone or email to obtain an enrolment form.

If you reside outside of our school zone, please attend one of our school tours and collect an application form for enrolment. This does not guarantee enrolment, but provides expression of interest of enrolment.
All enrolment and application forms are due back to the school by Friday 28th July 2023.
Schools will then notify parents/carers of the outcome of enrolment applications by Friday 11th August 2023.
